Export to a CSV. Save it to Files (iCloud Drive), email it, AirDrop it β anywhere you want a backup.
To save to iCloud Drive on iPhone: Tap "π€ Share / Save to Files" β in the share sheet, pick "Save to Files" β choose iCloud Drive β pick or create a folder β Save.

Profiles / Users
Add more users (e.g. friends, family). Each user gets their own colored theme, their own tab in the Google Sheet, and their entries stay separated.
